As a traveler I have been to many schools, I can easily say this is an excellent one. Great people who are always looking to elevate and challenge each others game. Jay is a fantastic teacher who had no shortage of patience and skill, he was also always willing to roll with anyone. Also having no mma experience at all I really enjoyed the muy thai kickboxing classes (learned how to kick finally) that were just a whole new type of workout for me.
