I had a terrible experience with them. I took a working phone to them for new battery, they returned it with a broken speaker and refused to fix it.

I'm sure they can replace both of the issues you have. You will have to drop off the phone to them, once they have the parts needed, and they usually have the repairs completed within a 4hr window.
Roughly an hour or two, when I had a screen replacement done recently under warranty it only took an hour and a half. It also depends on how busy they are that day. I'd call in advance and see if you can schedule a time to stop by in the morning. Hope it all works out! Their great!
I think it is $35-45 at the apple store. With warranty. You should check that first. But if you want to use UBreakIFix they will definitely take care of you there and do a great job.
