Child Care workers curt and rude to me and my children. My 4-year-old was so afraid he said he didn't want to go back. I spoke to the manager but the problem has not been resolved. I canceled my membership today. When asked for my reason the manager neither apologized nor offered any solutions.

Is it Greed on the part of the YMCA that they cannot come to an agreement with the insurance Aetna Medicare advantage to continue the Silver Sneakers benefit? I am at a loss.

They have not said anything to me Michele I had no problems I also have Aetna advantage with silver sneakers. Joind around 2 months ago I don't seem why there would be any problems. Only thing I can say is hang in there
