Staff was friendly, prices are not that great seeing how the quality is not equal to the prices and the good was not good. Very generic. I won't spend my money here again. I don't know how they stay so busy. Also the ice cream isn't even ice cream it looks like melted something.

Love the steakburgers. Chocolate custard is very rich and smooth. Staff is very friendly.

I usually have no problems here. Today I went for a fry and drink on my break. The cashier handed my card back and receipt with BLOOD on it. I asked to speak to a manager. He apologized, wiped my card off and gave me a new receipt along with a meal voucher. While the manager did all this, the original cashier came back and never even apologized or looked my direction. BLOOD is an absolute NO NO JUST DISGUSTING!!
