Had no functioning OS on my laptop and these folks fixed it right up, good as new! Gave me some sound advice on how to lengthen the lifespan of my device as well! Fully recommend! Update: A 1TB SSD was removed from my computer and was not reinstalled. I called several times and no one knows anything about it. I still recommend their service, however because of this issue I likely won't be returning myself.
