Customer Service had three people helping one customer, which made four customers wait (with one of those leaving due to the wait being too long). After what felt to be a long wait, one of the customer service representatives started helping the next person in line who was in front of me, which was helpful. When a customer has a problem, please don't have all representatives behind the counter helping that one person. Please keep one line moving at all times. If more than one extra person can't help an associate, it would be helpful to call a manager (which they did after a long wait....at least I think that'swho the called).

We were looking for a paving brick which has actually become quite scarce. Neither this store nor any within a 100 mile radius had them. Since our visit was limited, it is difficult to rate this store. I will give them a 4 for their helpfulness and ease of access.

We get them in but as soon as we get them they sell that day. Call in to have someone verify
I have asked for those but either they are out of stock or they are not available for the public to get unless an associate can get a ladder to get them. I am a very busy person and really don't have much time to wait for the conversation that they are having with another associate or customer to end before I can be helped.
Yes they are by right now 11:56,roads are bad an they said the store are empty,employees are going home early for the safety.they are clossing early ,just spoke with a home depot representative few seconds ago.they will be clossing early ,some locations closed way early,and some other are just clossing now.
Masking not enforced! Per the manager we provide masks but we cannot require people wear them. Curbside pickup for online orders is available until 8 pm ish.
