My wife and I booked this company to move on Oct 2nd from glenwood to council bluffs. They were scheduled to be at our house at 10am. At 10:30am we contacted the company only to be informed the movers they had scheduled said they were too exhausted to continue working. It was only 10:30am! I spoke with a man named Scott who told me he was the shift supervisor and that he would have to reschedule me for the 5th! I tried to explain to him i could not wait that long. That i was currently taking my landlord to court for failure to provide basic necessities such as water, and that i had already delivered a legal notice of termination of our lease. I told him i could not wait until the 5th and he said that there was nothing he could do for me at that moment except try to put another crew together and get back with me later that day. 2 hours later at around 12:30 I was contacted and told that he almost had a crew put together for us but one of his employees was just injured and now on their way to the hospital. I asked if he had any other crew members and he said none that had not reached their allotted work week hours. So because it was Sunday, the last day of the work week, he was not willing to pay to overtime to his employees to ensure we were moved that day. I then pleaded that they send someone the next day, Monday the 3rd. And he informed me he could not do that. He would have to all together reschedule me and the soonest he had available was the 5th. He told me it would not be fair to schedule me on Monday before the other customers because they booked their moving date on September 15th and I booked mine on the 24th. Which makes no sense! Even if they booked it before me, I booked my moving date on Sunday the 2nd. They booked theirs for the 3rd! How could you possibly start filling reservations for the 3rd when you haven't even taken care of the customers from the 2nd! All around terrible service. Horrible reliability, and horrible customer service. They were rude, and wanted to argue.

Used All My Sons Moving & Storage in August and the movers busted a hole through the wall in our new house. Also, our Restoration Hardware dresser was damaged severely. We have been in the claims process for the last month and finally got a response today and being offered $150 for the wall damage and another $150 for the dresser (which cost well over $3,000). On top of that the movers left a full box truck load of furniture and other things at our house and we had to hire another company to complete the move. Stay away from them at all costs.

This was horrible nightmare!!! We hired this company 7/13/22 and the movers showed up and a lot of our items where damaged and our house had damage…. The movers where smoking in the truck with our items….the one guy took an hour break that he was still getting paid ….I filed a claim and it was denied!!!! This is the worst company I have ever done business with!!

Tahj, AJ, Ray, and Jayden were so friendly and respectful. They worked very hard to move our home for us. They were a little slow moving at first though. There was some miscommunication though with the office and payment which was frustrating. Also we were told we would have 5 movers and we only had 4 in Nashville and 3 to unload in St Louis. Also the top to one of our nice bedroom dressers was gauged out which is a huge bummer.

I don't know, but they were awesome movers.
They are hourly with a charge for fuel, so it depends on the mileage and how much time they spend loading and unloading your belongings.
