Just got my cello back from a long-overdue cracked top repair and couldnt be more happy. In true professional fashion, Jennifer kept me up to date along the way and chrcked in to see about a new sound post and new wolf eliminator (as I needed both) but didnt hide any fees or work without approval or notification. The cello is set up and sounds fantastic and looks forward to showing up on many more records in the future! Thanks team! And Tyler always does a great job with a bow rehair! 👍👍
