I am very disappointed with Bath and Body Works. I have been using your products for years and was always well pleased but as of late I have been very disappointed. The Wallflower plug-ins that I used to buy lasted a long time but I recently had to replace 2 that I had only a little while and the 2 I purchased are not working. I also purchased 3 body care products of "you are the one" which I have been using since the scent was introduced. I loved it but the purchase I made last week hardly has any scent at all. It is as if the product has been watered down.

Today I went to bath and body works right when I went in bath and bodywork s a worker asked me if I needed help with anything I told her no 1 minute pass she asked me again I told her no again but she assist to help me find what I wanted I told I have it in my hand and I’m just looking for a gift for my sister she got mad at me a shoved me I told her that she shoved me and then she tried to lie saying she didn’t I walked of and payed but then she comes up to scan my stuff as I putt card it she said it decided as I watched it go thru so she tries to lie and get more money off of my card I will never come here again!😕
