I sent an email asking for a quote and availability and never got a response. Even if you are busy atleast let a person know. I'm trying not to subject my mini dachshund to Petco or Petsmart. So I'm giving 1 star for poor customer service.

Gen takes care of our 2 Australian shepherds every 2 months. She is the best we have found and the Girls love her. She does it all to them. Wash, cut, trim, ears and glands. When we get them home, they sleep for great. 5 star treatment.
