i payed my bill online around 8am so they still cut my lights at 10:30. So I had to call and tell them I payed the bill the lady said it will be 20$ connection fee on your bill for next month I'm not really from here like that

I'm telling utility services with the Brownsville utility department and upon several months I was being billed on a residency where I no longer stayed at upon requesting it to be disconnected it was never disconnected

If your meter is not working and you are still charging the customer. What do you do about this, make them pay a bill that is not correct.
