I’ll be honest I haven’t been to finish line in about 2years until today , and was very disappointed with the service we had . Trying to get shoes for the little ones , and when we asked for size the man quickly said they didn’t have it . We found another shoe an asked it again and he immediately said no we don’t have that size & continued his conversation with another employee. We found another shoe & he said yes we have that size & brought us back ONE shoe to try on , I looked confused an asked for the other one and he seemed to become annoyed with us. Took 10minutes for him to come back with the other shoe , we agreed to purchase them and he shot to the register an check us out . My husband than began to take over walked to the gentleman and asked for a size in a shoe we wanted for our son than we were not finished. Without even looking at the shoe he says we don’t have that size , my husband said well can you check we would appreciate it and of course he came back with the size . We immediately checked out & left to walk across the hall to the other shoe store where we spent over $400 for my husband an I a pair . Very disappointed in finish line and the employees, I will NOT be returning

I took some clothes back never been worn and the cashier kept smelling the clothes saying the the was wash, it still had the tag on it and like I said it never been worn at all,I work to much to wear clothes like that , because I'm always in scrubs,I have never seen nothing like this,just rude

Super friendly staff. I called ahead to check availability and came several hours later to be greeted by the same one I spoke with on the phone. I was in and out very quickly.
