I've been in this store twice and I have sent people here. Those I have sent and both my experiences were great. Beautiful selection of beads, great prices and very friendly staff. I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been to bead stores all over the United States and this place is worth the visit.

For the most part good quality beads but every time I go in the store some of the items have turnished especially the items on the shelves below the hanging beads in the drawers Customer service is not so good this one particular person speaks to certain customers, attitude is not so friendly I've been in a few times where the lady never says thank you I travels about a hour to get to the store because theres not a beads store near me maybe I will try the one in Roswell🤷
