The Apts are nice and they keep them up really well. The manager inspects the Apts to make sure you keep them clean and don't abuse them. They have a maintenance man that will help you with problems. I think it is a very nice place.

I love where I live and have been raising my daughter here for 10 years. Diane is the manager of Sadie's Landing. She is a wonderful person and runs a tight ship when it comes to taking care of the property and the tenants. Roger, the maintenance man, can fix anything and he is a super nice guy. My experience here has been nothing but wonderful and I highly recommend Sadie's Landing.

At first I was kind of hesitant about moving here, only because Robeson County has such a bad name. I can honestly say that I am glad I moved here. It is very peaceful and clean. The maintenance man is such a wonderful man and very nice. The landlord is very nice, she try’s her best to help any and everyone. My kids and I love it here.

Yes Some get Section 8 help but some pay without assistance. I don't live there just know someone that does. That is all I know about it.
I think there might be unless she has already rented it out. Call 73 8-5400. That will take you to the manager, Diane and she can tell you if there's any available units. I hope you get in it's a great place to live. My daughter and I have been here for 10 years and I've had no issues. Very safe
