I bought a necklace from Reeds several years ago and the clasp broke recently. I took it back in store, and they quickly looked up my warranty and sent it in to be fixed. I got a call within a few days and just went back in to pick it up. It was a super easy process and the store manager was very kind and helpful. Awesome experience, and I would definitely recommend purchasing a lifetime warranty because it made getting my necklace fixed free and really easy.

Reeds is the greatest jewelry store I have ever worked with. My husband and I bough my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands here. We got the life time protection and have used it so much. It’s super easy they have replaced multiple diamonds, soldered my rings together and even changes my ring size all covered by the life time care plan! We have had work done at three of their different locations in South Carolina and they have all be quick and well done. If you are thinking of getting rings or any jewelry this is the place to go!
