We purchased a used car from Medford VW. Kathryn, sales rep, was quick to respond to my online inquiry. She had the car parked out front, as promised, when I arrived for a test drive. Kathryn was professional, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked with a super positive attitude. When you go to Medford VW, be sure to ask for Kathryn, she was wonderful to deal with!! Sorry for the delay on your repair, but we have been waiting for you to authorize the needed repairs We fixed the broken stud at no charge to you. The vehicle will be done late today, or early tomorrow. When you contacted VW arbitration, it slowed down the process, but once you agreed to the fixes and charges, we are on it. Thanks.
Unfortunately we are not authorized Audi dealer. We can, however, perform routine maintenances and most repairs. Our limitations are warranty work, recalls and special coding for particular components like keys and main computers. Congratulations on your purchase, and we’d love to see you bring it by.
