Food was good but the experience was rough. Went in with a group of friends and waited about an hour for my food. No issue, I know staffing is rough everywhere. I'm patient. However, my entire table of 7 or so received their orders and I was left without food for a long time. Kinda awkward to not eat together. We asked our waitress about it and she was a little snappy, assuring it was probably in the kitchen. Awhile later my friends asked yet again and our waitress seemed confused and was fumbling through her papers. Didn't seem to remember what I even ordered. Finally, five minutes later, I received my food. She had never put in my order which was apparent when I received two separate receipts- one for my fried pickles I ordered at the start, and one for the wings that were forgotten. Waiting on food is one thing. Not even putting my order in at all and all my friends waiting for me to finish my food because I got it so late is another. I would have appreciated transparency the first time we asked about it. A simple "I totally forgot to put it in and I'll get that in right now" would've sufficed.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is a little better than the rest. Staff is friendly and prompt. Even on fight/game night they are pretty snappy with your order A little slower on game/fight night as to be expected. I would give them a 5-Star however their use of sauce is wildly inconsistent. You can literally have a 1/2 and 1/2 order and one be fully covered in sauce while the other side of your plate was left lacking with dry crust longing for attention. If you want full coverage I guess you have to ask for it. All-in-all I'll be back but I'll be asking for more sauce.

Used to go to BW3 on the regular. As the price went up and the quality went down we stopped going. Gave it a try in northern Indiana about six months ago and it was excellent. Decided to go again in Richmond KY and it went back to terrible. Service = slow, food quality = poor (cold, old and salty), beer = fresh and tasty, atmosphere = good, price = way too high for what we received. We won’t be going back. There are too many other options to “settle” for an overall poor experience.

I really like this place. Good food, good prices, good service. Good environment if you like sports, if not it may make your head spin. I like the chicken strips and wedges as a personal favorite. Plan on spending around $30-$40 for 2 people.
