Jody is the consummate stylist. His cuts, color and styles are incomparable. He is also focused, listens and remembers different needs. But Jody will still ask what I want and I tell him what he thinks is best as he is a true expert. He knows what looks good for my hair texture, facial features and lifestyle. Luxe has a new Salon Coordinator named Kelly who is absolutely helpful, friendly and really on her game in terms of organization and scheduling. This salon has been phenomenal since it opened 23 years ago and Kelly's customer service will keep the momentum moving forward. I have recently moved from Denver to Colorado Springs and plan to go to Luxe for years to come!

After 40 minutes left establishment with no hair cut. I don't mind having to wait but some kind of communication would have been nice? I thought they would tell me there was 2 people ahead and it might be a wait seeing as it's a 'luxe' salon. No one seemed to care at all that I was sat there for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Didn't feel luxe at all.
