Positive: They had a bagel in the morning. Negative: Change left in made up bed (eek) torn curtains and towels¿not a pleasant experience. Place is under renovation and hopefully this will be addressed.

The girl at the front desk goes out of her way for every single guest. During my interaction she helped me find somewhere to eat, and then she left and the next girl came on, she was struggling and called the first girl and patiently helped her with the problem. I overheard the conversation she was at dinner with her family but she answered the phone and helped the girl at the desk. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but her service was extremely extraordinary. I stay at choice hotels a lot and I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I come back around! The rooms were nice, still renovating a little but the upgrades are very nice! The canvas in the room was absolutely beautiful. The cooler wasn’t set up yet but it looks nice

Unfortunately rented the last room that had no heat and smelled of smoke in 20 degree weather. Then was told there was another room they could open and only needed linens but apparently needed cleaning also. The one star was for the clerk that made every attempt to make things right but just didn't have the resources.

My room smelled really good, the front desk girl was super awesome to talk to and very friendly! Will definitely be coming back when I travel thru KY. Only negative side was not much breakfast to chose from.
