This is a reliable destination for quality Italian cuisine. I got the pork Marsala which I had hoped would be a bit more like veal Marsala but the meat was of course tougher being pork. It was still great tasting. Our service was good except one small point- the server dropped the check while we were still eating without asking about desert or coffee. I’m fairness, was 3 businessmen in suits- but having been a server wayyy back in college I nicely told him that was borderline rude to just drop it and should just ask if we are in a hurry (which we weren’t). Of course won’t ding the restaurant on that as they don’t have control of the exact way their servers act and he was still a good guy overall. Regardless, good place for sure.

I have been to this place before for lunch and it was great as it was on a weekday and it wasn't crowded unlike the next time I visited. My gf and I visited Biaggi's to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary and going in for a dinner without a reservation was a huge mistake for a Saturday night. We waited for 45 mins to be shown to our table. After that, we thought the wait was over but it had just started, as our server kept forgetting our order if it was drink or bringing us some more breads. We didn't even have silverware, when we were served our drinks and bread. The horror of the night was chef thinking the bruschetta were not upto his level and sent it back while that may/maynot be their main appetizer. How can someone screw it up something so simple, we thought to our starving selves while we waited for so long to already be dining in this restaurant. We lost our appetite and frustrated over them making excuses for every screw-up. By the main course were brought in, we were all ready to leave the place. The portion of dinner size shrimp scampi pasta looked really small, from the last time I was here. The fettuccine Alfredo pizza was over spicy than expected, but we were at the stage where we were grateful to have meal served to us. I expected highly from this place which was really under delivered and making us wait for our check to top it all to our miserable night!

Kellyn provided excellent customer service. She was professional and curtious; she made great recommendations; she knew the menu and specials well. She was very observant and timed the food perfectly. She was very attentive. Food: excellent food, taste delicious Outside: clean, lots of parking Inside: clean, great lighting, a real fireplace, large with lots of table tops and booths, and a bar. Highly recommend. I will be coming back when Kellyn works. Week days lunch or Saturday dinner.

This is the dish I always get here. The flavor was not quite there tonight. The salmon was somewhat dry and the risotto didn’t have much flavor. The appetizers were fantastic. I believe their crab cakes are some of the best. The stuffed mushrooms were also very good. The server seemed stretched a little thin, but he did a good job.

Masks had to be worn when entering and exiting. Plus masks had to be on when walking in common areas. Hand sanitizer station in the front.
Not really. It's a nice restaurant but you could wear jeans and a nice shirt and be good. Seems to be a little "dressier" in the evening...especially on the weekends.
Part of a chain of restaurants. Wine selection of good for a small town.
