I used this company on 07/12/22 Excellent customer service! Not only did he help me with a jump after killing my battery trying to start my daughters car but also towed my daughters car home. Very professional and knowledgeable. We were broke down on the very edge of 99 & 41 tonight and felt very unsafe with the very small emergency lane with no hazards lights due to dead batteries. He came right away and we were both home safe in no time! I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this tow company.

I could talk about my own shady experience with this business but a bunch of other reviewers have already beat me to it. Their business philosophy truly seems to be to screw people over as much as possible. It's as if they get some sort of sick satisfaction from it. So anyway if you're looking for a tow company, I would strongly warn you against going with this company. These are not the types of people I would would want any more of my money going to.

Several state laws prevent us from releasing vehicles and vehicle contents to anyone other than the registered or legal owner of the vehicle. Please have the registered owner come to our facility during office hours and they can claim their vehicle or any items in it. If that is impossible, you can try getting permission from the impounding agency. The towing companies are not allowed to make that call, no matter how much since it makes.
