There racist to latinos. Especially the main supervisor. They play the radio everyday at 7:20 am for everyone to hear in the warhouse. Every monday is latino station. For the past 2 to 3 latino station doesnt get played till latino complains about the no music. They say sorry we forgot. Its every Monday for latinos they forget dont change the station. But Tuesday thru Friday best believe there white radio station is playing first thing in the morning no problems. Again monday . Its a problem. Second of there supervisor charlie is lazy and picks on there employees and fires them for things he cant follow himself. He wants employees to be there slaves and follow his commands but his cant follow his own commands. Not worth it here. People wuit because of him. Last year 3 or 4 people went to the hospital because of poor work conditions. Today is 2/15/22 and brand new employee fell over 20 to 30 ft in the air to main level . From my eyes and other employees , he passed away. He shut down the warehouse 1 hour later after the incident. They made us work after he fell. 1 hour later dont grab no water bottles or mothing. Its a crime scene. But yet we been working and moving already. There supeisor jennifer will be timing people on lunch to hurry up lets go., lunch is over. Always writing people up. Most new employees they put them in shipping with carmela and carmela is completely ignorant, treats you kike garbage. She will be nice at first then get rid of you by writing you up or finding a way for you to grt fed up. Poor place. Kow.all wilton employees have to wait ti ll further notice because of the death

Yes.
Check with security at the front office, should be on-site 24/7. If not, the building just to the east (1101 Taylor) that shares the yard is usually pretty cool with overnight. If you hide out by the southwest corner, there's a handful of spots that don't have dock doors that I see trucks park all the time.
