It depends on your age, if you're single or have a family, how many ppl are signing up
There are often guest passes if you are interested. Monthly dues depend on what level you join, single, couple, or family & what options you decide to add on. That would be a sales department question. Hope that helps a little.

They do have personal training! As to what ages I'm not sure but I can ask tomorrow when I go in, or I'm sure if you call they would be more than happy to help you. They do have a sign in the weights area that says children under 12 are not allowed upstairs so my guess is that goes for personal training as well. Hope this helps!
Towels are provided. No one day passes unless a member brings you with for $10
