Just ordered from this restaurant, carry out meal. They (Chilis) has a 3 for me $10.99. We tried to order 3 items. One of them was there southwest chicken soup. Under the reward program I was supposed to get an order of cheese fries (half order) there was no up charge on the soup. In the order the soup is include d as one of the 3. I never got the reward!! I called before coming to the restaurant, I explained the situation. The person on the phone said to place the order. When I got to the restaurant they would take off. They did not when I got there I was given a song and dance that because I ordered the soup it was not in the deal! So long story short I told them to take it off! Stay away from Chili’s.

Excellent service! I recently started ordering from the lunch menu, I get a notification within 10-15 minutes that my food is ready to be picked up. My food is always made right, staff is always friendly and happy when they approach my car. The presentation of the food is well made, food always so good. Best part is that the avocado is always fresh looking and tast great!

The food is hot and fresh and the workers and management are amazing. Had a tricky situation come up tonight, but they pulled through and turned a bad experience into a great one. I really appreciate all they did to solve a problem that wasn't really their fault to begin with. They also compensated us for the inconvenience which was extremely considerate and unexpected. I highly recommend and will definitely be eating here again.
