I have had to book an appointment over a month out before being able to get in, and now this is the 2nd time they’ve canceled the appointment on me. The second time around, I never got a call or text to say it was being canceled, I just showed up and they told me it was canceled. Considering it’s now been months and I’ve not been able to book an appointment.. I will not be trying here again.

Had to go because I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. Left feeling more stressed and not relaxed at all. My therapist kept burping, yawning, slamming doors when getting towels, and breathing really heavily and loud, which made it impossible to relax. When I also go there, there was no receptionist to check me in, I waited for 15 minutes before someone walked in, didn't ask for name just told me "ok you're checked in" besides that she was friendly enough. Back to my usual private massage place where you aren't treated like another body! Wouldn't recommend massage envy to anyone.

The massage it’s self was Very basic , the problem with Massage envy is, it feels so corporate, Massage envy is the equivalent of a pro hair cutters, it’s very commercialized. Everything is extra! You want a scented body oil extra, aromatherapy extra! Everything is so extra I’m surprised they don’t charge you extra for breathing in their spa. you get a very basic standard massage. I would rather go to a local massage therapist who includes all these extra amenities. I can’t support this place I’ll be taking my business to a local massage therapist who enjoys what they do. The therapist at Massage envy are very dry & not personable at all. The rooms aren’t even relaxing or warm.

Very disappointed, I bought a 6 month membership and continued to be charged after the 6 months, when I called they said I will be charged until I cancel my membership- this was not explained to me or made clear upon signing up. When I was explaining my situation, the woman on the phone cut me off and put me on hold. When I asked to be refunded for my extra charge she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Very poor customer service. I really did enjoy my experience here prior to this and Nancy is the best therapist.
