There is one that I recently attempted to purchase, but the seller kept playing games and taking her time, so I would look elsewhere.
Not age restricted and there are affordable housing in the apartment building. Not in the prefab homes

Approximately $660 a month and it covers garbage removal, snow removal,sewer. Yes you can put your own home in.
I've talked to Brian, the site manager has early as 9 and as late as 4:30 . He is a very nice guy and more than willing to help. Give him a call and set up what you need.
