Convenient Urgent Care

Went in for swollen glands and a tender throat.. the medical assistant was very nice but took my blood pressure and when the machine didn't give a result, she didn't try again to get it just put the cuff away and called it good. Took my temperature but didn't even look at it to see what it was, again just put it away. While I waited for the nurse practitioner, I noticed blood all around the floor surrounding the table I had to sit on. Obviously not clean. The practitioner was very snappy, with an attitude. When asked for a strep test, it came back negative but she prescribed me antibiotics anyway... didn't ask where to send the prescription to so when I asked "do you know what pharmacy you're sending it to?" She says "what pharmacy am I sending it to?" So had I not asked, where would she have sent it? Also, given the fact that i said my glands were swollen she didnt even feel them which is just odd to take my word for it but okay.. Wait time was a little long for being the only patient in there but not as long as other reviews have stated. Just to mention as well, most of the lights in the waiting room were either off or need to be replaced they looked closed and it was quiet and dark in there not a very comforting or nice atmosphere to want to be helped when you don't feel good? Definitely won't be back.

Dr and medical assistant were super nice and helped my daughter and I with our needs. Unfortunately the Assistant Manger was so rude she was dressed so inappropriate. I had to ask who she was and why she was in the room with us and the MA. She said Im the manger and Im training her. Well her jeans and tank top made her look more like a patient. She was snappy and rude and if this is the face the represents your business. I would for sure think twice. She has no bed side maner and deffently needs dress for her possition. Scrubs are so easy to wear. And in An office setting tells other people that you belong there. Hope she works on her bad attitude.

There’s a wait ,Doctor didn’t show up till 30 minutes after they opened. There a lack of competence, they sent my scrip tot he wrong rite aid. There lazy, I contacted the rite aid, then them, then the rite aid again just to have the rite aid employee fix the issue. Great doctor tho.

I have never seen a urgent care be so patient with a screaming toddler. I came in to be seen and it turned out to be a 2 hour wait which my child was not okay with ( he is one) things are busy right now which I understand I work in a hospital so I was very patient when we got back to the room the MA was talking to him trying to make him happy and it was great definitely recommend. Please give health care a little patience at this time with everything they are going through they do not make the wait times.
