Dr. Vukasin is great, I had a great experience with him earlier. However, the front desk is completely unreachable. I have called many times for over a week related to an urgent matter - I was told I need to see my urologist ASAP. I can’t get in contact with anyone or even a call back. I am now going to have to miss work to drive to the office and ask for my files so I can share them with an office who will answer the phone. I was only able to speak to a human after hours via Summit’s help line, and when I explained my situation and ask them for just a way to get in contact with the Princeton office, they just robotically repeated the same line about how they could only help me with an emergency. The urologists at the practice deserve better.
