Mail delivery has been a problem, with mail and packages returned with mention as "moved with no left address" or unable to deliver because "address incomplete", etc. A shame...

This post office is horrible. I have been here on several occasions. They are of no assistance. The woman at the counter never helps she always sends you somewhere else. I don't know if it is a race thing or just plain laziness. I don't see the point of of her being there to send you to every other business. Very unprofessional its sad when the customer service leaves a company. Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else in the world but here.

if the package is more than 200 grams, then you have to pick it up by yourself at the office, which is absurd, then why do we need you???

I have been there several times. The lady at the counter was always nice and kind. Really a good person.👌

We should be getting it today (1/10) but there's no delivery on MLK Day, which is a week from today.

What a nightmare this place is. A package (heavy package) was left in my driveway for another person over the weekend. I called the Princeton Junction PO and was told to call the PO at Carnegie Center. I was give 3 numbers

800 ask Usps try that number. It goes over local office. Are you sure it was USPS that delivered it? That area has issues with Fed Ex ground and Amazon leaving parcels in bad spots because people only see the USPS tracking number.
