I have lived here for 4 years and have been very impressed with the management and the maintenance staff. David and Jesse are friendly and professional. When you have a problem they are right on it. I am moving, but I would definitely live here again!

Living at the Granville Apartments over the past 11 years has been wonderful. When we initially moved in we were awestruck by the amenities, grounds, and spacious units. Maintenance is amazing! (S/O to Cruz) They been delightful, helpful, and clutch when it matters most. Can't say enough good things about those guys, especially my guy Cruz. Management (or Julie at the time of writing) is super affable and responsive. Never hesitate to give her a call if you have a question, she'll even provide you with her personal number if you'd like. And even further, upon joining the Granville community Guy Maxwell (the property owner) went out of his way to be available, attentive, and solution oriented if there were issues that demanded a resolution outside the chain of command by providing his personal number and acting in good faith with tenants. The above and beyond level of hospitality and accommodation made living at Granville Apartments a joyfully smooth experience that I'll surely miss. This is a top of the class property in Merced without a doubt.

Beautiful apartments inside and out! The maintenance workers are friendly and helpful and management always responds quickly, often within an hour if not sooner. I would've stayed here longer if I didn't need to relocate for work!

This is by far one of my favorite places to have lived in merced so far. This company not only worked with me, they've always been really professional and reliable when it came to any issues. Larry has came to my place and got the job done in a very short time and I appreciate that! Lastly, I appreciate Angela and Susana as they are always so pleasant when I walk in the office! All the grounds workers are awsome! Very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere secure, clean and peaceful!

What happens when I don’t pay rent on time?

If you are late, you will be assessed a late fee which is equal to 10% of your total rent. If you are more than 3 days late and have not contacted us, you will be given a 3-day notice to pay or quit. We will always try to work with a tenant on payment arrangements in order to get your rent paid.

What day is rent due and how do I pay for it?

Rent is to be paid on the 1st of each month with a grace period of four days. Rent payment terms will be outlined in the lease agreement and discussed in person.

Our managers typically collect an application fee to pay for ordering tenant screening reports, like credit, and other background reports. Rental application fees are $20 per person over the age of 18.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

During business hours, we ask that you contact the office immediately so we can address your repair in a timely manner. After business hours, you may contact your manager via the emergency phone number. If your repair is deemed an emergency, we will contact the appropriate vendor to get repair done ASAP. Work orders can also be submitted, 24 hours a day, through your online tenant portal.

All of our properties accept pets. There is a 25 pound weight limit per animal and a two pet per unit limit. Additionally, we require a pet deposit, equal to one months rent, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed restrictions do apply.

Water, sewer and garbage are covered by the management company. PG&E/M.I.D., cable, internet and all other utilities are covered by the tenant.
