If I could have given no stars I would have! I did my onboarding last week and today was very excited to start training at my location. Got there, the team had no clue who I was or why I was there! My residential nor asst manager were there to do my training. I was thrown to the wolves my first day!! Very unprofessional! These kids within this company DESERVE BETTER!! No Excuses!!

They only exist for profit. Turnover is horrible. I have now had 4 providers at this location quit their jobs without notice and I just get shifted to the next open person. Somehow costs per visit have tripled this year.

Such a tragedy. An insurmountable shortage of providers and yet we are unable to get any traction with I Am Boundless from the very first phone call months ago. From the very top to the secretarial staff.

A lot of the kids are not here today, actually. This severe weather is an excellent reason to stay home, and I wouldn't blame any parent who didn't want to drive in this weather.
