Gus's chicken is always on point! The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. This place is also really clean. The chicken is the star of the show...always juicy and a nice heat/spice to it. Love it!!

Sam was our waiter and He's a money young man. Very attentive made sure we were taken care of. Great service. Food was delicious! Everything fresh and hot right out the fryer. The baked beans were flavorful. The chicken was juicy and seasoned to perfection! Nice and crisp. Love the old music too. Large portions. Spoke with the New general manager Karon, very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a good spot to go to.

I like the set up as soon as I walked in, its cozy. Cool pageantry all around, seems clean. I ordered the 2pc white with mac&cheese and fries. The chicken was delicious! Not dry one bit, perfect spice. No complaints. We were given a Gus’ cup too for being first timers from outta town. This business started in Memphis and also has a few locations in the L.A. area.

Service was great, chicken was pretty good. I wish it was a little spicier. The mac and cheese, beans and fried okra were all very tasty. They gave us a free appetizer when our appetizer took a while to arrive and we hadn't even complained - excellent service! Great value.

Tables more than six feet apart. Mask wearing. Menu post on wall. Staff behind glass shield at counter. Very safe!
Not cajun spice, but spicey. If you decide to try, order the mac and cheese as a side, it will help if its too spicey for your taste. The mac and cheese is excellant.
4 pieces with two sides and drink was 13. Unique spicy coating. Great table service.
