Worst place ever. Putting air in the tires does not require putting it on the lift and examine the entire car which they did without my permission making me wait for the car. They tried to put a loan through abd into my credit without my permission. I had to go to the loan company and they called the show case honda to make them give the loan back to the company. It also hurt my credit which I'm now fighting with my lawyers to get removed. VERY VERY BAD PLACE And THEY OWN MOST OF THE CAR LOTS ON THE STREET. Do not go there!

Review: I went to this place to acquire about the cost for an oil change three months ago and was told at the time that if I have my oil changed here, I would get the next one for free. I was charged $90 at the time for an oil change with the promise of getting one for free the next time!! Today, when I showed up for an oil change, I was told "sorry, this deal never existed." The customer service overall seems geared towards making money without any regard for the customer with false advertisements being presented as a tactic to get people to pay for their services. Will not come back here and would not trust their word!

I am an older woman who went to Showcase and was assigned to Devin on 10/1/22. He was yelling, but i watched him talking with younger latinas softly. I was recently discharged from hospital in stroke, icu etc... i had barely woken up to be on time for free oil change appt. I grabbed what clothes i could fit as i lost 20+ lbs in the hospital. Devin made comments as I had on underarmor sports sneakers from Kohls. When i was leaving "do those come in kids sizes", because the shoes are wide and sturdy. I wear shoes that will support my foot orthotics. He requested that I give him 5 stars for another free oil change even after he yelled "the oil change is $90". My appt confirmation clearly showed "free oil change" he just didn't check. He stated well I have to get paid. I tried looking in his eyes to see if he was on any stimulants bc he was so loud with me. Also there wasn't an "inspection" done, as there was no report attached to the paperwork, nor were the fluids checked. I had just gotten my car washed with ceramic glaze, Devin said they no longer do car washes or vacuum. I was interested in a vacuum bc of my back. Yet my car was brought out dripping wet and i had to dry it myself. I am thankful for the free oil change because I have been off work without pay.

Management has no problem charging a “Market Fee” of $5,000 above sticker price on popular cars and when it comes to follow up and communication, they are horrible. Won’t buy another vehicle from them. First experience with them was 35 years and I walked out then. Obviously nothing has changed.
