Oil change and tire rotation got done (3-4 hours later) BUT… it would be nice if my tire pressure was checked while the rotation was being done. Tire pressure is roughly 40-50 Kpa below what my idiot display is showing on the cluster. Oh, the wave program at this dealership… speechless (in a bad way). Don’t renew your wave programs and get your rotations/oil changes elsewhere. You’ll have faster service at these lube-n-go type of places for a fraction more than the cost of the wave program. I think they even check/fill the air in tires.

The coffee ☕️ machine was down I waited for 4 hours after my car dropped off. Most of the employees where friendly and kind. Everyone was Greeted by someone at the front entrance. A lady was screaming in the lobby and one of the gentleman calm her down after taking her to his office. When she walked out her Attitude had changed when she walked out she was calm. I even got a free car wash 🧼. I would recommend them have a employee walk each customer in to the waiting area and point out the seating areas since they had like 3. Point out the coffee area, vending machines, bathroom and the outlet areas to help with long waits.

Our service drive can get pretty busy. Having an appointment is recommended, but you can always stop by or give us a call to get the current wait time for service.
Our service department opens at 7:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on Saturday.

You will have to go through the chain of comand to get to the head. An SA, then then they can take it to the desk mangers and if Marshal happens to be there at that time, he can help. However it really depends on what department you are having an issue with, whom you will need to speak with. Still wil have to go through the chain of command.
Yes they do have a key drop box right next to their service dep drive (pick/drop off spot), on one of the pillars just before you walk in the door.
Idn about a visa card on a test drive...but o got free oil changes for buying a jeep
I would take your contract to your sales person to see ifbhe or she can take you to service dept and log in system. Remember,all dealerships may not participate. Thx.
