I submitted an online request for an estimate on the afternoon of October 13, 2022. I received a quick follow-up via text and phone that I was unable to answer. The representative left a callback number. I was unable to return the call immediately, however, due to my schedule. LeafFilter continued to call me nearly hourly for the duration of yesterday and today. When I finally was able to answer and speak to someone, I asked for the calls to stop as I was no longer interested due to repeated calling, and the fact that I have chosen to contact another company back who did not harass me via phone. I asked the representative to please confirm my number would be removed from the call system, he continued to ask for my business, and concluded by saying, "Oh, so you did go with someone else? I hope you call us back when that doesn't work out for you." I will never call LeafFilter again after the way I was treated for the past two days. It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

We had a sales rep come to our home last week for a quote. Even though I told the gentleman that we only had an hour, because our child's bed time was at 8pm, he did not listen and continued with his spiel that didn't even begin to discuss price until after that time. He did not respect our time, or my preferences when I asked to talk straight, and give me the numbers so we can evaluate the price compared to the other products we were considering. Once I said we only had a few minutes left, he then asked to use the sink to show the difference between his product and others under the faucet. He did not listen. His presentation was filled with asking me constant questions about statistics, and other weird things. It felt like I was being quizzed or even grilled. I told this was making me uncomfortable, but they could not be conversational. Once we got to price, his price was over $11,000 or about 48$ per square foot. When I shared his competitors quote of ~3600, he then called his buddy on the phone, turned up the volume all the way (noticeably, and in front of me) to engage in a schtick "have you heard of these other guys?" and a phony scripted conversation about "can we get this guy a deal with any commercial jobs in the area". I literally laughed and had to leave the room. For the second time, I told him his approach made me uncomfortable, and I asked him to leave. He did not. I had to ask a second and a third time before he packed his things slowly, trying to keep talking about why they are better than the other guys he apparently didn't know about before this night. Then he asked to do some paper work in my driveway. I said that was fine. He came back up to the door 10 minutes later asking me more questions. It was extremely uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I cannot believe this company has people like this representing their brand. It was an awful experience and I want to post this to warn others. STAY AWAY.
