Worthless community and there thieves because my family lived there for almost 3 years and did not get our deposit back ill be calling the better business bureau on them for not commiting to there obligations.

Office people sit at their desk or outside all day. No One EVER Answers the phone.

Terrable place to live. If you have children i would advise you stay far away from here then. Drug activity, robbery, shootings. Etc. Not a very well kept neiborhood at all.

This is a lovely place to live. Nice Christian neighbors Clean well kept places. Managers are top notch and maintenance why they camp outside your doorstep 24/7 waiting to repair, replace or improve you apartment at a moments notice. This complex is known far and wide as the premier place to live in Lancaster, Ohio and its been featured in Better Homes and Gardens.

They are only in office certain days now. I would suggest coming into the office in the mornings as well.

They are HUD housing and pets are allowed. If he has a paper from his doctor its free if not there is a 250 dollar pet deposit. Not sure if the time frame works there is a waiting list at times.

Does this place have any problems at all with bed bugs or roaches? I recently got accepted for a place but I as well as 2 of my 3 children are extremely severely allergic to the bites and will need to call 911 immediately if bitten. I need the truth

I have just recently moved out of one and there was not ever a problem with bed bugs and there were only roaches if you left food laying around

How much is the rent for a one bed and one bath? Do they allow pets. I have a mini pin (miniature pincher).
