I was on a ride and ended up with a slow leak, being right around the corner from the Westerville bike shop I stopped in. Upon walking Into the store I wasn't exactly greeted, Mason more so gave me a sideways look. I asked how he was doing and stated "I was on a ride and noticed I must have a slow leak. Hoped you could get me taken care of." Mason then again gave me the same sideways look and questioned what I needed. I felt I was pretty clear about having a slow leak, but I repeated myself anyway. You would think the owner of the shop would be a little more social, I was made to feel as though I was an annoyance to him. It was a pretty big disappointment, as I grew up in Westerville and always had the most pleasant experiences with the prior owner of the shop. In the end I decided to get only the tube I needed (as I havent been in Westerville for years, so I didnt know if there was somewhere else close by with tubes) and walk elsewhere to replace it. I would have had no problem paying the $15 service fee if my experience had not been so unpleasant from the moment I walked through the door.

Absolutely a top notch, fantastic bike shop. I've been to a lot of bike shops and given Westerville Bike Shop being an Orbea dealer, I was willing to travel 2+ hours to purchase a specific bike. Mason is an outstanding owner, bike mechanic and all around gentleman. I had some issues with the bike but he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to solve the problem. I encourage everyone to shop here and I will continue to do everything I can to buy more from Mason and his team.
