Andrew and his team did a tremendous job. They came from out of town to Indiana after some terrible storms and were punctual, communicated very well on what to expect, when they would be around,etc. Additionally, they had a large team that seemed to work very well together and were very professional throughout the process. Great working with this team under difficult conditions in an area that was hit hard. I felt like their number one priority even though they were supporting many other families in the area.

My heat went out while I was on vacation, multiple pipes burst and flooded my bathroom kitchen and finished side of the basement. When I came home and seen the disaster that had happened, I called Servpro and they were to my house within 4 hours! They assessed where all the water had been and began the removal. Since I was on vacation the ares that had water allready started molding. The clean up and mold removal was very thorough and kept my place clean. The project manager took time out to explain what all needed to be done. Then I found out they do the construction part of it as well. They did such a good job removing wet and molded areas I wanted them to put it back together and I made a great choice! I love the out come. Thanks Servpro!!!

Right after Christmas the drain pipe in the sink broke. Water drained for about 20 mins all throughout my kitchen and under the walls into my laundry room. Having a newborn in the house, I was terrified, called Servpro emergency services, Rolando, Rubin, and Jeff came out the next day and were extremely helpful confining the space and tearing out what was water damaged. They communicated next steps and made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. Chris B followed up a number of times making sure the crew took care of us. Bob was also fabulous, communicating with the insurance company, letting no time go by, continuing job progress. All in all, great experience with this team and would highly recommend this group of professionals. Thank you again!
