We showed up looking at stoves, only one in electric, but 6 in gas. Couldn't find an associate. There were two other sets of customers besides us. So we ended up leaving, tired of waiting.

Very bad experience. Bought refrigerator and it was supposed to be delivered last weekend, but delivery never showed up. We rescheduled for delivery today and delivery time was 12 to 4. They finally showed up around 6. The refrigerator/freezer doors were on the wrong side. Delivery guys were rude. Refrigerator scratched and we didn’t get all the pieces. We’ve been long customers of Lowe’s but not anymore. We’ll go to Home Depot from now on.
