The dentist is extremely rude and was giving out my fathers medical information in front of other patients and staff. I will be filling a HIPPA violation report and will report the provider for his Poor bed side manner, professionalism and communication skills. Please save yourself the stress and try another facility.

Appointment was at 1:00pm they said 15minute before appointment time so I was there 12:45pm I waited till 1:50pm and ask how long do I have to wait she said still have 1 person in from of me. I ask how long do I have to wait then they start talking loud and told me I can stay waiting or I can go. So I walked out and never going back again. Really poor customer service as well as service, all they want is to make money by making 3 appointments at same time with just one 1 doctor, don’t go there if you don’t want to wait hours to get in and another couple hours inside. Won’t last longer if it keep going like this.

This is a new review! We have been trying to schedule a appointment with them for last 2 months! They had us on the schedule twice and called day before and asked to reschedule again and again! My Mom needs her cleaning and denture adjustment and it has been over 6 months and they are keep saying they are short of stuff so we have to reschedule! This is unacceptable and bad customer service! I guess we will take our business somewhere else!!! 2 stars This place is pretty well maintained. They take medicare and my mom has been patient here for years. The doctor is very patient and courteous. Does very good job! They do have long waiting time. Recently, it's got little concerning. Almost 45 minutes to an hour. They need another doctor or better hygiene assistance who can get things done. Such as, cleaning! One big issue is there is a new chinese assistance they hired recently and she is useless and rude. She has no smile and doesn't follow through. I can't believe they hired a incompetent person for such a nice practice. They should get ride of her and find a better professional. BTW, the other assistance is very nice and know how to take care of the patients. 4 🌟

Horrible place! Receptionist is incompetent and rude and quite dumb to be honest! Very dirty place! Very unprofessional! I’m never going back!
