If you want to live with BATS! This is your place! Very unprofessionally ran! Run as fast as you can from this place. This place is ran by investors who are just out to take your money. I have been very patient with this company. I was trying to move back to STL and yes they have great townhomes. I guess my previous landlords took longer for verification during the pandemic. I gave it a month. After a month I decided to just stay out of town asked for a refund.its been a month later still no refund on my $200 administration fee. Then they stopped emailing me after saying the check will be sent to their office. I'm wondering why cant i be refunded on the card I paid for services with? Why haven't anyone returned my email? Are we taking applicants money?

I have lived here for twelve years and just renewed my lease for another year. The property manager (Reeka Hudson) is professional. Any concerns that I've ever had were handle quickly and to my satisfaction

are the townhomes hard wood flooring mostly The choice of bathrooms the option is 2 but other search does not display 1 1/2 .These reviews are very discouraging with break -ins an such .Anybody got any better reviews .I especially find disappointing the fact that it takes to long for responses.
