All way problem once the lobby was not open at 2 p,always just one drive through lane,today it took 40 minutes to get through,plus,the ATM machine was not working on Friday,5/20

Their drive up Teller is rude. Arrived at 4:01 stated they were closed after I sit there for 5 minutes. Their hours state they are open until 5 to drive up. They don’t answer the phones and they are slow as ever . I don’t understand why they don’t answer the phones when they have only drive they open !I'm sorry to hear of your frustration, Shamena. They need to upgrade their computer network. The branch is good but the bank seems to be going downhill overall. Simple things like ordering checks aren't so simple.
