Wrong mail always

We have contacted the post master multiple times because we receive the neighbors mail every time there is a sub. We talked to sub and ask her what was happening. She said its not her at the post office thry are aorting it wrong. Then, we did not receive any mail for a week. Then we received 20 peices of mail at once. Now, doctors office called me to inform me post office returned their bill stating no post receptacle. I have always had a mailbox for the 5 years I have lived here. Comlletely unacceptable! We get the wrong mail every week! What do have to do get decent service? Wish they had a zero

Never had any issues. Staff has always been quick, friendly and courteous. Our packages are always left at the front door as asked.
