Parsec does a horrible job running this place for Norfolk Southern. It's absolutely the worst customer service ever. These workers who probably most don't even have a high school education talk down on most of the drivers. Wait well over an hour almost every time I'm here just to get assistance for my trailer from track side helearn from tracks I hear it just absolutely disgusted with this place.

Pretty simple railroad are in the dew everything is best they can I guess my only complaint is when down stacking chassis sometimes takes a while
