Kim was great very help. Great prices on used batteries. Plus you get a 90 day warranty. WOW!!! You can't beat that. Only thing I did not like was it was hard to find there was no sign. When I got there they had more batteries than I've ever seen my life.. If you need a battery In the future make The battery shop of Columbus your first and last STOP.....

Was told to come back, because battery was on bottom skid. When returned a lady was sending everyone any informing they weren't open to the public. Which is fine, but I would have been appreciative if I was informed prior to me returning from my initial visit.

Unfortunately our hours have not been regular ever since COVID-19 slow down. We have had staff shortages and have not been able to maintain regular hours since. We are normally OPEN M-F 8a-4:30p but there is not always someone in the office to answer the phone. Unfortunately you may just have to drive there to see if someone there to help you. We Apologize for the inconvenience but as we all have seen these are crazy times.
