Dr. Malakooti is one of the best ER doctors I have come across. I have a very complicated medical history and lots of doctors seem to not be too interested or have a good bedside manner. Dr malakooti went out of his way to appreciate my concerns as well as making sure I was heard and taken care of properly. He is really the man

Reckless Love

This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been too!!! I was there on 2 separate occasions and both times I had troubles with the staff not knowing what is going on. They take hours to give you your meds. They misinform you. They forget everything and have to be constantly reminded. Alot of the nurses ignore the patients so they can chit chat about personal stuff or sit on their phones. Its beyond ridiculous. This hospital needs to step it up or shut down.

I thought a hospital was supposed to be clean? I felt like I was in a third world country. Aside from the unsanitary conditions, I was in constant sever pain and had to be administered four different medications because the doctors treated me like a drug seeker. In the midst of groaning in pain and gasping for air, someone from registration had the audacity to come back to my room and ask me about insurance and billing! I could barely breathe, let alone speak, and you want to ask me about how I’m paying? I feel like they were extremely understaffed, but that is a problem that could be fixed to make sure patients get the care they need, deserve, and pay for.
