Need to obtain property managers at Hutchison Place Apartments in South Bloomfield that will see rules are followed and promises kept such as saying that they would have onsite security , basketball rules such as being closed at dark and many other things. This is why many residents are complaining and moving out. Then again maybe the management company ( Oakbrook) doesn’t care.

Had an issue with electricity bills since I moved into the apartment (1 year ago). Electric is through Buckeye Utility (the only electric company that is offered in this property, which is owned by Oakwood Management. Was promised a reimbursement on the up charge, however, fast forward a year late and the issue hasn’t been resolved.
