We had pretty much stopped going to Hardee's because it was just overall not a good experience. I've got to say, I think they are really working on getting things back on track. I've been there a few times recently and the food was good, the employees were well groomed and friendly, didn't take too long to receive my order and the restaurant looked cleaner. 4 stars only because I'm cautiously optimistic:) They also have the $6 meal which is a bargain these days!

Each time I’ve been since I have quit service has not been good, waited for my food at drive thru and not one person at the window greeted me at all or even took my money either so I wasted time for no reason, it used to be good but needs to be better honestly at this point
