Too picky about who can come into shelter. I didn't have the process thoroughly explained to me. So when needed to come in again and even though I was working they said I was non compliant.And couldn't get the help that I needed! Its simple if your from Miami county and are homeless you should qualify.its messed up how barb gets to write her own rule's!hello I'm mentally ill The shelter would help me be able to get stable!
