I called with a question before going to the title office. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. My experience was the same at the title office with the person at the counter who assisted me. She was also very efficient - I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I think the title office may be so used to rude customers that they have their guard up and are rude first. I know people are tired/overworked but a little kindness or a how are you goes a long way. This place lacks DECENT customer service. Please teach your staff good old fashioned customer service skills.
